Senior Information Technology Project Manager

Role Overview

The position involves overseeing and coordinating numerous IT projects to guarantee successful delivery aligned with predefined scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.

Key Duties

• Lead management of substantial and intricate IT initiatives.
• Oversee and track project scope, schedules, financials, resource allocation, risks, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate effectively with business units, IT personnel, external vendors, and various stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on project advancement, key milestones, and deliverable completions.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, reporting, and governance processes.
• Identify and resolve project challenges, escalating significant risks to senior management as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to banking, regulatory, security, and quality standards throughout project execution.
• Promote continuous process improvements and implement robust project management methodologies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Possess a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or associated disciplines.
• Have over eight years of pertinent professional experience.
• Demonstrate strong capabilities in project management, analytical thinking, decision-making, and leadership.
• Hold a Project Management Institute (PMI) certification or equivalent.
• Experience in the banking sector is advantageous.
