Job Overview
The Program Manager plays a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives that focus on policy formulation and product design for mandatory pension schemes. This position ensures that the strategic goals align with regulatory mandates and stakeholder expectations. The role requires collaboration with government bodies and senior leadership to expedite decision-making and guarantee successful delivery of programs.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Public Policy, or a related discipline is required.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in program management, policy development, or product design.
- Prior experience collaborating with government agencies and navigating regulatory environments.
- Preferably experienced in pension systems, social insurance, or financial services sectors.

Primary Responsibilities
- Design and develop pension policies, frameworks, and products aligned with organizational and national goals.
- Drive strategic assessments, program planning, and oversee implementation efforts to completion.
- Ensure all programs meet regulatory guidelines and adhere to industry best practices.
- Engage with governmental bodies, regulators, and stakeholders to secure alignment and support.
- Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, and updates to executive leadership and committees.
- Manage program timelines, milestones, risks, and governance approvals to ensure smooth execution.
- Lead cross-functional teams in delivering strategic programs successfully.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Conduct benchmarking, market research, and trend analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Support the creation of KPIs, performance evaluations, and regular program reviews.
- Advise senior leadership on program enhancements and policy improvements.
- Create executive dashboards, reports, and presentations to track strategic outcomes.
- Continuously seek process optimizations and improvements in program delivery.
