Construction Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects from initiation through to completion. This position involves comprehensive responsibility for project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations are strictly adhered to.

Key Responsibilities

• Devise plans, schedules, and manage all aspects of construction projects until handover.
• Create and oversee project budgets, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and cost control measures.
• Liaise effectively with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Lead and manage site engineers, supervisors, and labor teams.
• Monitor daily progress to ensure milestones and deadlines are consistently achieved.
• Verify that all work complies with quality standards, approved drawings, and specifications.
• Implement site safety protocols and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Coordinate material planning, procurement processes, and inventory management.
• Review and sanction contractor invoices and measurements.
• Provide regular progress updates to management and clients.
• Identify potential project risks early and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management.
• In-depth understanding of construction techniques, materials, and on-site execution processes.
• Proficiency in interpreting civil, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Hands-on experience with MS Project or Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Excel.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-resolution abilities.
• Effective communication skills in Hindi and English; local language proficiency is advantageous.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel to various project locations as necessary.
