Job description

Role Overview

The Store Manager is responsible for directing and supervising all daily retail store functions to ensure alignment with company standards. This includes managing visual merchandising, overseeing recruitment and training, organizing scheduling, and supervising inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise comprehensive store operations while adhering to company policies.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop store personnel to meet set objectives.
  • Assist with merchandising efforts, including stocking and unpacking shipments.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and resolve challenging customer concerns.
  • Maintain standards of visual merchandising within the store.
  • Ensure safety and cleanliness throughout the premises.
  • Manage cash handling as well as store opening and closing procedures.
  • Offer constructive performance feedback and delegate tasks to the team.
  • Oversee recruitment and manage employee performance processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • At least two years of retail and team management experience.
  • Availability across days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and decision-making capabilities.
  • Effective leadership and problem-resolution skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and perform well in a dynamic environment.
