Overview
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail outlet, including visual merchandising, team recruitment, staff training, scheduling, and inventory control. This role ensures that all store procedures comply with company policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of store operations to guarantee adherence to company guidelines.
- Motivate, guide, and develop store employees to meet and exceed objectives.
- Participate in merchandising activities such as stocking and unpacking shipments each day.
- Provide excellent customer service and address complex customer concerns effectively.
- Ensure the store maintains high visual merchandising and cleanliness standards.
- Oversee cash handling, as well as store opening and closing duties.
- Give regular performance feedback and assign responsibilities to team members.
- Lead recruitment and conduct performance management processes.
Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in retail operations and team leadership roles.
- Availability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Strong communication capabilities and sound decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership qualities and effective problem-solving ability.
- Competency in multitasking, prioritization, and maintaining composure in busy settings.
