Role Responsibilities

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit
• Lead and develop your team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Drive sales growth while achieving departmental and store key performance targets
• Implement catalogue marketing campaigns
• Handle visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards
• Oversee daily stock recovery and replenishment activities
• Initiate stock integrity measures to boost departmental profitability
• Manage high volumes of stock movement efficiently

Qualifications and Candidate Profile

• Preferably experienced in retail store management
• Excellent time management and ability to multitask
• Experience with visual merchandising and activity setups
• Physically able to manage large stock volumes and maintain work pace
• Possess an ownership mindset towards store operations
• Exhibit passion that motivates and inspires your team
• Resilient with innovative problem-solving skills
• Competent in reviewing sales reporting, top sellers, and profit and loss statements
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• IT proficient
• First Aid certification or willingness to complete fully funded training
