Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Store Manager to join our team at the Bonds Outlet in Rosebud for a full-time role of 38 hours per week. This role involves leading by example to cultivate an inclusive, high-achieving team while managing budgets, KPIs, and consistently delivering excellent customer service. You will foster a customer-first environment, coach and develop the team, oversee visual merchandising to balance brand standards with customer needs, and ensure smooth daily store operations including stock management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team to deliver superior customer experiences consistent with the Bonds brand.
• Drive business results by managing budgets, KPIs, and operational priorities effectively.
• Develop your team through continuous coaching and capability building supported by regular feedback.
• Implement in-store visual merchandising aligning with brand guidelines and commercial considerations.
• Manage stock handling and day-to-day operational processes to ensure efficient store functioning.
