We’re seeking a motivated Store Manager for our Bonds store in Bondi Junction, NSW, offering a full-time role of 38 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example, fostering an inclusive, motivated, and high-achieving team.
• Manage sales budgets, KPIs, and ensure outstanding customer service is consistently delivered.
• Promote a customer-focused atmosphere that embodies the Bonds brand values.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development to team members through timely feedback and capability-building activities.
• Implement visual merchandising that aligns with brand standards, customer preferences, and store presentation.
• Oversee stock management and daily store operations to maintain organized and efficient workflows.
