Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and committed Assistant Store Manager to join the Bonds Outlet team in Canberra at the Fyshwick location. This full-time role (38 hours per week) requires supporting inclusive, positive, and respectful customer interactions, aiding in team training and development to meet store goals, managing visual merchandising setups, handling stock and deliveries, and collaborating with the Store Manager on daily operations and additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote and ensure respectful and welcoming customer experiences that embrace inclusivity.
• Assist in coaching and training team members to achieve store budget targets and KPIs.
• Help set up and maintain visual merchandising displays according to company guidelines.
• Support everyday store functions including stock processing and receiving deliveries.
• Work alongside the Store Manager and staff on operational duties and other necessary tasks.
