Located in Edinburgh, this full-time role offers flexibility across the entire week and a competitive salary of 32,000. You also have the opportunity to earn up to 3,000 annually in discretionary bonuses linked to key performance indicators.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate your team effectively to achieve quarterly targets and daily excellence.
- Encourage continuous development and versatility among staff to optimize customer engagement.
- Model exceptional customer service ensuring tailored solutions for every client.
- Maintain strict compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements to secure a safe operational setting.
- Manage performance metrics, control expenses, and pursue growth opportunities to secure profitability.
- Work collaboratively with regional teams to share best practices and align with broader business goals.
- Plan and execute new initiatives with minimal disruption to customers and staff.
Requirements
- A commitment to upholding high standards and enhancing experiences for customers and colleagues alike.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Established ability to lead, develop, and inspire a team.
- Previous store or remote management experience within financial services or client-facing industries.
- Multilingual abilities are considered an advantage given the diverse customer base, but are not mandatory.
