Store Executive

Job Summary

Spin Cycles is seeking a diligent Store Executive to oversee daily store operations and conduct store audits. This role involves extensive travel to multiple stores within Bengaluru to manage cash settlements, deliver excellent customer service, and support sales growth through active engagement and process training.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively in English to coordinate with customers and internal teams.
• Manage daily operations across multiple store locations.
• Travel approximately 70-80 km and visit up to 10 stores per day.
• Conduct audits and collect cash from stores ensuring accuracy.
• Train new employees on store procedures and processes.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
• Oversee cash and card payment settlements responsibly.
• Evaluate customer needs and assist with information on service features.
• Proactively work towards increasing sales performance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available services.
• Build and maintain trustworthy relationships with customers.
• Coordinate timely pickups and deliveries by working closely with field and operations teams.
• Execute sales promotional activities effectively.
• Relay customer feedback internally using the company ticketing system.
• Stay informed about newly launched services and updates.

Working Hours and Benefits

• Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM, with a lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
• Weekly day off is Wednesday.
• Petrol allowance provided for travel requirements.

Experience and Additional Information

Candidates should possess between 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in store operations or auditing roles.
