Field Executive

Overview

Seeking a proactive Field Executive to facilitate onboarding of cartage drivers such as rickshaw pullers and e-loader operators onto the Riksha mobile application across transport hubs and mill areas in Panipat. This role involves direct interaction with drivers to enable app usage and ensure successful registration.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct visits to transport nakas and hubs to meet drivers and clearly communicate app benefits.
• Assist drivers with downloading the app and completing the phone OTP-based registration process.
• Help drivers complete Know Your Customer (KYC) formalities including Aadhaar number verification, Aadhaar photo, and passport-sized photo uploads.
• Address driver inquiries and build trust to encourage active use of the app.
• Maintain and submit daily reports of onboarding progress and numbers.

Requirements

• Must own a two-wheeler vehicle and have access to a smartphone.
• Basic proficiency with mobile applications, similar to WhatsApp usage.
• Fluent in Hindi, with familiarity of Panipat locality preferred.
• Open to fresh graduates; previous field or sales experience advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation

• Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹12,000.
• Incentives of ₹50 to ₹100 per driver who completes full onboarding including KYC verification.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time field position based in Panipat, Haryana with no fixed office hours. The job requires onsite presence at various transport locations.
