Main Responsibilities

• Manage transactions, rental agreements, and provide outstanding customer service
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely records
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the storage site
• Maintain effective communication with the General Manager by providing crucial updates

Minimum Requirements

• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication capabilities and customer service orientation
• Attention to detail in daily operations

Physical Requirements

The role involves physical activities such as standing for extended periods indoors and outdoors, navigating around the storage facility, and occasionally lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
