Job description
Position Overview
This role involves assisting with the leadership of backroom and unloading duties, addressing operational challenges, and guiding team members through training and support. A key focus is maintaining excellent customer service alongside effective task execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by warmly greeting customers, aiding product promotion, assisting with finding merchandise, supporting purchase decisions, resolving issues, and directing concerns appropriately.
- Provide leadership and coordinate task completion following priorities set by the Stocking Coaches and Store Management.
- Evaluate backroom organization and visual presentation, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary merchandising or stocking adjustments.
- Facilitate clear communication during daily planning meetings, lead team huddles to update, set objectives, and monitor productivity.
- Secure all high-value items, ensure doors and lockups are secured when not in use, and complete daily security audits.
- Collaborate with the People Lead to review completed schedules.
- Conduct area inspections with Coaches and associates to identify training needs; develop team members through instruction and constructive feedback.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment by following company policies, completing safety checks, and ensuring displays and fixtures are stable.
- Perform tasks within GTA/Workday systems and provide support to Management.
- Work alongside Coaches and People Leads to manage associate performance and growth discussions, and assist with recruiting and onboarding.

- Must be at least 16 years old.
Compensation
The starting wage for this position is $20.85 per hour.
