Position Overview

• Regularly rotate stock and remove expired or damaged items to preserve product freshness and quality.
• Ensure merchandise is accurately signed and priced, following all protocols regarding ordering, clearance, and labeling.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures to uphold a hygienic workplace.
• Stock the department fully, carry out downstocking, apply product protection as necessary, and manage modular setups including flex modulars and shelf caps.
• Comply with company health and safety policies to maintain a clean and hazard-free environment.
• Be flexible with work schedules, willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to support store operations.

Challenges to Anticipate

• Effectively manage high task volumes and overnight shifts while maintaining focus and energy.
• Adapt to fast-paced environments ensuring timely and accurate completion of restocking and recovery duties.
• Physically able to handle extended periods of standing, bending, and lifting items up to 20 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Perform repetitive stocking, zoning, and organizing tasks with consistent attention to detail.

Compensation

The starting wage for this position is $18.40 per hour.
