Stocking 1 Team Lead

Position Summary

This role supports the leadership of stocking procedures, addressing issues and inquiries while fostering associate development through instructional guidance and training. The position ensures high-quality customer service alongside the efficient completion of daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting customers, assisting in product promotion, locating merchandise, helping in purchase decision-making, resolving customer concerns, and directing issues appropriately.
• Support task management and coordination following priorities communicated by Stocking 1 and 2 Coaches and Store Management, delegating and monitoring the completion of daily VizPick processes.
• Evaluate the presentation of General Merchandise, Food, and Consumables departments, noting issues for correction and implementing merchandising display updates as needed.
• Maintain strong communication with team members, lead daily Team Huddles to deliver updates, set goals, and monitor productivity.
• Collaborate with People Lead to review schedules and assign associates to cover store areas effectively.
• Conduct area tours with the Coach and associates to identify training needs, provide guidance, feedback, and foster associate development.
• Promote a safe, tidy, and hazard-free workplace by complying with company policies, completing safety logs, and ensuring display and fixture security.
• Execute GTA/Workday tasks in support of Management functions.
• Work alongside Coach and People Lead to facilitate performance reviews, growth discussions, and assist in recruitment and hiring of new associates.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this role is $20.85.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
