Role Overview

We are seeking committed and diligent Stewards to aid our kitchen operations by ensuring everything remains clean, orderly, and efficient. This role is ideal for those who take pride in behind-the-scenes work and contributing to a spotless kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dishes, cutlery, baking, and buffet equipment
• Operate industrial cleaning equipment and tools effectively
• Ensure dishwashing areas and adjacent kitchen spaces are clean and sanitary
• Assist culinary staff including Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, and Executive Chef with preparation tasks
• Perform general cleaning duties such as mopping, sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing
• Regularly lift loads between 20 to 30 lbs

Candidate Qualifications

• Prior experience in cleaning or food and beverage environments, especially in fast-paced settings, is advantageous but not mandatory
• Self-driven with strong communication abilities
• Physically capable of performing job demands including bending, pushing, pulling, heavy lifting, and standing for extended durations
