Job Overview
Battery Smart is recruiting for the role of Station Operator to be based in Bangalore and Mumbai, working night shifts. This position is key to managing smooth operational processes at our battery swapping stations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete battery swapping procedures efficiently.
- Provide assistance and support to customers visiting the station.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of the station's day-to-day operations.
- Adhere to and enforce safety protocols and cleanliness standards to ensure a safe environment.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants should have completed 10th or 12th grade education.
- Must possess basic smartphone handling abilities.
- Freshers are welcome to apply, no prior experience required.
Compensation Details
The offered compensation is approximately ₹20,000 CTC, translating to around ₹16,000 in-hand monthly salary.
