Job Overview

We are expanding our team and seek a Speech Pathologist to join our Caringbah clinic, providing services to individuals across the Sutherland Shire, Lower St George, and potentially Wollongong and Western Sydney. This community-based role involves delivering therapy in homes, schools, and outreach settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload ranging from early childhood to adult participants in various community locations.
• Provide support for feeding, early language development, dysphagia, communication challenges, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).
• Conduct observations and standardized assessments to establish meaningful, personalized goals for participants.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing communication, participation, and independence.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to optimize participant outcomes.
• Caseload will be customized to align with your expertise and professional aspirations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) is mandatory.
• Commitment to providing community-based support for individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a cooperative, multidisciplinary team environment.
