Role Overview

Our Auckland-based Chipsealing Crew is seeking a skilled Specialist Operator proficient in handling a bitumen sprayer, ensuring precise application and high-standard surfacing for various road maintenance and construction projects.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrable experience operating sprayers within chipsealing or similar road surfacing environments
- Possession of a valid Class 4 Driver Licence is mandatory; holding a Class 5 Licence is advantageous
- Must have a WTR endorsement
- Dangerous Goods endorsement is preferred; support will be provided to obtain this if necessary
- A steadfast safety-oriented mindset dedicated to protecting oneself, teammates, and the public
- Teamwork-oriented with adaptability and dependability to perform reliably in all weather conditions
- Enthusiasm for the industry, a strong professional ethic, and eagerness for ongoing learning and development
