The Team
A&M is expanding rapidly in the Middle East and is hiring a Client Relations Specialist to join the Riyadh office. The Client Relations team in the region has recently been reorganized to adopt a proactive, data-driven approach in market engagement. This team is essential in managing client registrations, RFPs, and pipeline insights for regional leadership.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage client registration and RFP activities across all six legal entities operating locally.
- Lead weekly business development (BD) team meetings to prioritize tasks, update pipelines, and address coverage requirements.
- Implement BD strategies into practical workflows and plans, supporting the Client Relations Manager with execution and coordination of the team.
- Handle client registration requests, renewals, and updates on multiple client platforms.
- Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams for scheduling meetings, resolving queries, and providing status updates.
- Ensure precise documentation, tracking, and reporting related to client registrations and RFP submissions by all team members.
- Manage timelines related to bid and performance bond expirations, working alongside Treasury for necessary extensions and renewals.
- Deliver onsite operational assistance, including gathering signed contracts and handling bid bonds.
- Provide backup support to Client Relations Coordinators and Assistants during peak times or absences.
- Contribute to other Client Relations and Business Development efforts and undertake additional ad hoc duties as necessary.
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Between 3 to 5 years of professional experience in business development, bid/proposal management, or sales operations within consulting, professional services, or advisory sectors.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage operations and coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
- Practical experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems for pipeline management and data integrity.
- Familiarity with enterprise client procurement and vendor portals such as Oracle, SAP Ariba, or equivalent platforms for supplier registration and bid management.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, capable of producing detailed operational reports and presentations.
- Great attention to detail and dedication to maintaining accuracy across various tracking tools and client portals.
