Spa Therapist

About the Role

Join Hilton as a Spa Therapist and become a key contributor to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. In this role, you will not only provide expert massages and body treatments but also enhance guests' stays by creating memorable and welcoming moments.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions, requests, and issues to ensure top-quality spa experiences.
• Execute various massage and body treatments as per the spa menu, guest preferences, and prescribed health and quality standards.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness by regularly sanitizing treatment areas, tools, and equipment in line with regulations and guest expectations.
• Oversee supply levels for treatment products and tools, guaranteeing sufficient stock and proper storage.
• Accurately document and maintain records following all relevant federal, state, local, and company guidelines.
• Contribute to smooth daily spa operations by assisting with general duties as necessary.
• Deliver body and facial treatments, provide home care advice, and offer guests guided tours of the spa facilities.
• Promote spa programs, treatments, and products to guests, equipped with comprehensive product knowledge.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of two years’ experience as a therapist within a 5-star hotel setting.
• Valid beauty or spa-related certification such as ITEC, CIBTAC, or CIDESCO.
• Thorough understanding of anatomy and physiology relevant to therapy.
• Completion of a state-required therapy anatomy and physiology course or an internationally recognized therapy qualification.
• Excellent communication and client care skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Preferably male candidates.
