Spa Service Expert

About the Role

The Spa Service Expert holds a vital role in supporting essential aspects of spa operations within our hotel environment. This position focuses on delivering an exceptional and unique spa experience to guests by providing a variety of services. These include promoting spa services and retail sales, managing appointment scheduling and confirmations, responding to inquiries about services, guest registration, and handling payment transactions. Every interaction is crafted to enhance the guest's experience positively.

Regardless of specific duties, success relies on maintaining a safe workspace, adhering to company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and ensuring professional appearance and communication at all times. The Spa Service Expert must be physically active, capable of standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods on uneven and slippery surfaces. They should be able to engage in physical tasks such as moving objects weighing up to 10 pounds unaided and up to 25 pounds with assistance, as well as stretching, bending, twisting, pulling, and crouching. Performing all tasks diligently and any other reasonable duties assigned is critical to fulfilling guest and business needs effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience necessary.
• No licenses or certifications required.
