Spa Receptionist

Position Overview

The Spa Receptionist is a key contributor supporting essential Spa operations, tasked with creating an unforgettable and distinctive experience for guests. This role involves promoting Spa services and retail offerings, managing scheduling and appointment confirmations, assisting guests with inquiries, and handling payment transactions, making each interaction seamless and integral to the guest experience.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

The role requires being active on your feet for prolonged periods and navigating various surfaces including uneven or slippery floors. It also involves extensive use of reservation software, with responsibilities including lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 10 pounds independently and up to 25 pounds with assistance. Movements such as bending, twisting, stooping, and reaching overhead are also part of the daily tasks.

Qualifications

Applicants should possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.). No prior work or supervisory experience is mandatory, and no special licenses or certifications are required.
