Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Solution Architect with 12 to 18 years of IT experience to architect and deliver robust, scalable, and secure enterprise applications. This role demands extensive expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, React JS, microservices, application security, Docker, OpenShift/AWS Kubernetes, and cloud-native design principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the end-to-end enterprise application architecture.
- Develop and architect microservices using Java/J2EE and Spring Boot frameworks.
- Create and maintain scalable front-end applications using React JS.
- Build containerized solutions leveraging Docker technology.
- Deploy and manage applications on OpenShift or AWS Kubernetes platforms.
- Implement caching strategies utilizing Redis to optimize system performance.
- Set up and operate Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines with GitLab.
- Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, performance, and compliance standards.
- Define and uphold architectural and design best practices.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, security, and DevOps.
- Provide leadership and technical mentorship to development teams.
Required Expertise
- Between 12 and 18 years in IT, emphasizing solution and technical architecture roles.
- Deep experience in full stack architecture and enterprise application design.
- Proficient in Java and J2EE technologies.
- Advanced skills in Spring Boot framework.
- Hands-on experience with React JS for front-end development.
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture design and implementation.
- Experienced with container technologies such as Docker.
- Familiarity deploying and managing applications on OpenShift or AWS Kubernetes clusters.
- Utilization of Redis for caching and performance improvements.
- Expertise in version control with Git and GitLab as well as CI/CD pipeline creation and maintenance.
- Comprehensive understanding of API design and cloud-native architectures.
- Solid grasp of application security principles and secure software development techniques.
- Proven ability to design systems that are scalable, secure, and high-performing.
