Multi-Agent Systems Architect

About the Role

Join a premier global technology firm as a Multi-Agent Systems Architect, specializing in autonomous AI agents and multi-agent frameworks that enable smart automation and enhance operational efficiency. This role offers hands-on involvement with cutting-edge Agentic AI technologies, large language model platforms, and Kubernetes-based production AI environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop autonomous AI agents capable of sophisticated reasoning, strategic planning, and executing complex tasks.
• Architect scalable multi-agent systems and Agentic AI frameworks to support enterprise-level deployments.
• Construct and refine Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, encompassing data ingestion, embedding techniques, vector search, and knowledge base retrieval.
• Integrate large language models with internal enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and business tools.
• Create evaluation methods to assess agent performance, reliability, and outcome-based metrics.
• Lead AI platform deployments using Kubernetes, containerization technologies, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) workflows.
• Continuously monitor and optimize AI workloads for enhanced scalability, efficiency, and operational performance.
• Implement and uphold best practices around AI security, governance, and access control.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum eight years of professional experience in software development, AI/ML platforms, cloud infrastructure, or closely related fields.
• Proven practical experience in building GenAI, Agentic AI, or applications powered by large language models.
• In-depth understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation, prompt engineering, tool invocation, multi-agent orchestration, and AI workflow design.
• Hands-on familiarity with technologies such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Microsoft Agent Framework, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated capability deploying cloud-native applications using Kubernetes, Docker containers, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong programming expertise and experience designing scalable distributed systems.
• Excellent skills in communication, stakeholder collaboration, and analytical problem solving.
