Solution Architect - RFID & Retail Technology

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and craft comprehensive RFID solution architectures that align with business needs and enterprise standards.
• Create and maintain detailed technical designs, solution blueprints, and thorough documentation.
• Provide architectural oversight and technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to develop scalable, maintainable technology solutions.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to security, performance, reliability, and scalability criteria.
• Assess technological options, vendor solutions, and potential risks, offering well-informed recommendations.
• Facilitate the effective deployment and integration of RFID capabilities within retail and supply chain IT platforms.

Qualifications & Experience

• Extensive background as a Solution Architect within complex, large-scale enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering RFID-based solutions in retail or supply chain contexts.
• Comprehensive understanding of retail technologies, inventory control, and stock tracking processes.
• Proven ability to integrate RFID systems with enterprise applications and operational infrastructure.
• Strong grasp of solution architecture methodologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Excellent skills managing diverse stakeholders, including communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Adept at balancing competing business priorities, technical demands, and delivery timelines within complex settings.
