About the Role

Based in Primark Sligo, this full-time permanent position offers a competitive salary of €47,375 annually. The contract entails working 5 days out of 7 with generous benefits including 23 days of annual leave, pension scheme, colleague discounts, enhanced maternity and paternity leave, and access to an employee assistance program.

Role Summary

As a Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a people-first culture within a leading global retail company. Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside the management team to ensure smooth daily store operations.
• Manage an assigned department or section including commercial planning, stock control, planogram execution, visual merchandising, and driving sales.
• Supervise till and fitting room areas as needed.
• Organize and assign daily tasks to your team of Retail Assistants.
• Motivate and coach the sales team to maintain an exceptional in-store environment and customer experience.
• Engage in continuous professional development utilizing digital learning tools and career progression pathways offered by the company.
