Solution Architect - Product & Technology

Overview

Join Vena Solutions in the Product Development Department based in Pune, India. As a Solution Architect for Product & Technology, you will spearhead the advancement of Vena’s SaaS cloud platform by architecting current and upcoming features. This position is office-based five days a week and offers an annual compensation ranging from Rs 3,825,000 to Rs 5,175,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management and subject matter experts to define and take ownership of the architecture and roadmap for cloud-based product features.
• Work closely with Engineering teams to design solutions aligned with the overall architecture.
• Validate engineers’ design and implementation to ensure compliance with architectural standards.
• Provide ongoing support during development to troubleshoot, innovate, and refine solutions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and enhance architectural patterns, blueprints, and processes accordingly.
• Maintain architectural documentation and communicate changes to stakeholders; mentor and train engineers.
• Engage in governance activities including developing standards, policies, and best practices as a member of the architecture board.
• Collaborate in proof of concept initiatives to promote innovative business cases for future capabilities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in solution architecture.
• Over 5 years of software development experience, including at least 3 years with Java and full-stack development.
• Proficiency with React/Redux and Node.js or equivalent frameworks.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, computational complexity, and data structures.
• Experience with OLTP systems, distributed/concurrent systems, microservices, and APIs like REST and GraphQL.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Demonstrated knowledge in building cloud-based SaaS applications.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies including Scrum and Lean in a cloud environment.
• Self-driven, motivated, and capable of independently solving complex problems.
• Empathy towards customer needs and experience.

Additional Information

Compensation ranges from INR 3,825,000 to INR 5,175,000 annually, adaptable based on location, skills, education, and experience. Growth potential within the role is supported through flexible compensation adjustments. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Pune, India.
