Solution Architect - Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Delivery Leader to manage and deliver projects related to Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform. The candidate will uphold high standards of delivery excellence, focusing on customer satisfaction and driving growth through successful execution of multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect comprehensive solution frameworks from inception to completion that address complex business challenges with confidence and clarity.
• Lead client-facing discussions effectively, including live demonstrations and whiteboarding of proposed solutions to business issues.
• Collaborate with client architects to advise on integrating Dynamics with other platforms and applications successfully.
• Guide teams in implementing best practices for recent versions of Dynamics 365/CRM features such as PowerApps, LinkedIn Integration, Relationship Insights, and Common Data Services.
• Adopt a holistic approach to project objectives by designing customized Dynamics 365 code solutions that meet client needs.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the Dynamics 365/CRM platform, including its full suite of capabilities.
• Configure sophisticated coded solutions within the Dynamics environment.
• Continually evolve development standards across all Dynamics-related projects to ensure quality and consistency.
• Contribute to presales activities, including proposals and client engagements.
• Participate actively in recruiting processes to select qualified candidates.
• Lead and mentor teams of developers or directly develop engaging solutions as required.
