Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager with extensive expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and data integration techniques to join our team. This role requires leading project delivery by collaborating with stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply strong project management skills to drive successful outcomes with SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Utilize your knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for efficient project execution.
• Engage with stakeholders to establish project scopes, requirements, and deliverables.
• Design and oversee detailed, cross-functional project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate project resources, including internal teams and external vendors, ensuring optimal allocation and productivity.
• Identify potential risks proactively and create strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project progression.
• Manage project budgeting encompassing planning, tracking actual costs, and forecasting expenditures within operational and capital investment limits.
• Maintain thorough project documentation such as plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and lessons learned.

Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years overall professional experience.
• At least 7 years of direct project management experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Comprehensive understanding of project management principles and data integration methods.
• Proven experience in coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to manage project finances including budgeting and cost control.
• Immediate availability to join the team is essential.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must hold a B.Tech, B.E., or B.Sc degree in any specialization.
