Job description
Position Summary
Join our team as a Software Engineer working remotely to design, develop, and deploy features across the full technology stack. Collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate requirements into dependable, thoroughly tested software that supports scalable product growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver production-level code spanning the entire application stack.
- Work with product and design to evaluate scope, make technical trade-offs, and establish delivery schedules.
- Produce clean, maintainable code and conduct detailed code reviews for peers.
- Identify and troubleshoot production issues, including participating in on-call rotations as necessary.
- Engage in architectural planning and help shape the long-term technology strategy.
- Guide junior software engineers and help enhance internal engineering standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum three years of experience creating scalable production software.
- Expertise in a modern programming language such as Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript.
- Knowledge of relational databases and designing RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
- Experience with cloud service platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of system design principles, software testing, and proficient use of Git for version control.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies or comparable collaborative software development processes.
