Role Overview

We are searching for an experienced Mobile Engineer skilled in iOS to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining highly efficient native iOS applications that support critical user functionalities. This involves working with cross-disciplinary teams to address large-scale technical challenges, producing resilient code, and upholding stringent engineering standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain modular and dependable native iOS mobile features serving millions of users worldwide.
• Lead architectural decisions regarding mobile design, API structuring, optimizing performance, and ensuring robust offline and network reliability.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Design, and Backend Engineering teams to translate complex requirements into intuitive and stable mobile applications.
• Develop clean, testable, maintainable code with rigorous adherence to standards involving code reviews, testing, security, and monitoring.
• Incorporate AI-powered coding tools throughout the development workflow to enhance productivity and maintain repeatable AI-driven processes.
• Utilize cutting-edge development tools and automated CI/CD pipelines to support rapid iteration cycles and modernize engineering practices.

Candidate Profile

• Strong foundation in software engineering with proven hands-on experience in delivering production-ready native iOS applications.
• Deep understanding of mobile system architecture, including clean coding principles, memory management, comprehensive testing, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in integrating AI-based coding tools for workflow improvement and engineering productivity optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to take full ownership of features from conception through delivery, working independently when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines tailored for mobile platforms using tools like Fastlane, GitHub Actions, or Xcode Cloud.
• Knowledge of analytics platforms, feature flag management, and experimentation or A/B testing frameworks.
• Background in maintaining shared mobile frameworks or contributing to design systems.
• Fluent communication skills in English and Mandarin, enabling effective collaboration with international and cross-functional teams.
