- Minimum of 4 years developing reliable applications in Python; experience with Golang is advantageous.
- Experience or strong interest in building large-scale distributed systems capable of handling high volume requests.
- In-depth knowledge of computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Hands-on familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Helm, with a commitment to skill advancement.
- Experience working with modern DevOps processes including CI/CD tools (e.g., ArgoCD, Drone) and observability technologies like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, and distributed tracing.
- Proficiency in using both relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis).
- A proactive, pragmatic problem-solver who takes full responsibility for outcomes and communicates openly and effectively with a quality-first approach.
