Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager specializing in Core Data to join our central Data Platform tribe. You will lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for global core infrastructure and data products used by thousands internally across more than 70 countries. Your role involves owning the global framework for how we measure and understand our business, harmonizing local brand nuances (e.g., foodpanda, Glovo, Talabat) into a unified data product portfolio that provides consistent definitions and dependable insights worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and deliver the vision and roadmap for Core Data products to transition from isolated local systems to a cohesive global standard.
• Collaborate with local data teams and central global services to develop scalable data models addressing critical business operations including search, order processing, finance, and marketing.
• Lead a cross-functional "Power Squad" comprising Data Engineers and Analysts, acting as the bridge between business goals and technical solutions while driving execution.
• Implement federated data governance frameworks, proactively ensuring data quality and creating systems to prevent recurring issues.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing internal data products within complex organizations as a product manager.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on ability to investigate data issues, including proficiency with BigQuery for troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Strategic mindset with excellent influencing skills to drive global initiatives and unify stakeholders behind common solutions.
• Proactive approach with the ability to act quickly and independently to unblock business challenges, iterating based on data insights.
• Comprehensive understanding of business processes from customer interaction through final financial reconciliation.
• Technical proficiency bridging business requirements and data engineering, with knowledge of how data implementation affects scalability and delivery quality.
