Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager to help realize our goal of creating the most powerful AI assistant that delivers enterprise-contextualized intelligence and proactive support across all workflows. This role involves developing best-in-class products that facilitate knowledge discovery, curation, sharing, management, and action directly within everyday work environments. You will be instrumental in integrating Glean’s AI capabilities into key enterprise tools like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, ServiceNow, Zendesk, and GitHub.

As part of a lean product team, you will have a significant influence on shaping both our product roadmap and the growth of the product organization. You will collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to understand customer needs and build category-leading solutions. The role offers diverse responsibilities providing extensive learning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage deeply with customers to fully understand their knowledge management requirements.
  • Shape critical elements of the product roadmap aligning customer needs with strategic vision.
  • Provide context, set direction, and align your team towards goals.
  • Drive customer-centric decision-making, prioritize initiatives, and ensure efficient execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with leadership and go-to-market teams to ensure alignment.
  • Create scalable processes to support rapid team and company growth.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 6 years of experience as a product manager at a B2B SaaS company, preferably with exposure to collaboration, productivity, or machine learning/ranking products.
  • A strong technical foundation coupled with exceptional analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven initiative, ownership mindset, and a track record of delivering impactful results.
  • Effective collaborator across cross-functional partners and teams.
  • Demonstrates a continuous learning and growth attitude.
  • Mission-driven with success defined by achievements of the product and the team.

Location and Work Arrangement

This position follows a hybrid model, requiring presence three days per week at the Bangalore office.
