Key Responsibilities

• Partner with multidisciplinary teams including developers and designers to develop services tailored for the public sector.
• Engage in Agile processes such as planning, review, and retrospective meetings.
• Contribute to both frontend and backend development focused on the distribution of tangible and virtual products.
• Iterate collaboratively with colleagues to design refined and effective solutions.
• Deliver code that is secure, maintainable, well-tested, and of high quality.
• Act as a self-reliant and influential contributor within the team.
• Create and sustain high-performance, secure APIs accessible through mobile apps, web portals, and partner systems.
• Enhance user experiences for citizens, partners, and internal team members.
• Maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines to provide iterative user value.
• Supervise the operational health of services and provide Level 2 and Level 3 support during interruptions.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and lead projects as needed.
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with container technologies and Amazon Web Services (AWS) is advantageous.
