Role Overview

Join a globally recognized cybersecurity leader boasting over 6,000 cyber security consultants and three decades of expertise spanning IT, Embedded, Industrial, and Telecommunications sectors. As a member of our expanding Cybersecurity practice, you will focus on cutting-edge Telecom security, contributing to large-scale projects that define the future of connected networks, including 5G core, Mission Critical Communications, Non-Terrestrial Networks, and Industrial IoT.

Key Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive security architectures encompassing Cloud and Telecom ecosystems with focus areas such as SIM/eSIM, RAN, Transport, EPC, 5G Core, IMS, MCx, OSS, and BSS networks to ensure end-to-end protection.
• Develop and apply security frameworks compliant with global standards like 3GPP, GSMA, ETSI, NIST, and ISO 27001, implementing best practices such as Zero Trust, Defense in Depth, and Adaptive Security models.
• Perform thorough risk evaluations and threat modeling within complex Telecom settings, offering expert advice to reduce cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents.
• Evaluate, recommend, and validate cybersecurity technologies including Firewalls, IDS/IPS, PKI, HSM, PAM, EDR, SIEM, and SOAR in relation to established security criteria.
• Create and maintain detailed security architecture documentation (HLDs, LLDs, diagrams, guidelines, training resources) and drive collaboration with architects and integration teams to guarantee secure system deployments.
• Engage with customers and senior leadership through workshops and presentations, serving as a trusted advisor on Telecom cybersecurity.

Candidate Profile

• Extensive cybersecurity background with at least 12 years overall experience, including minimum 5 years specializing in Telecom domains such as 4G/5G security, RAN, transport networks, and virtualization/cloud technologies.
• Profound understanding of compliance and security standards such as GSMA, ENISA, TS33.x, ETSI, and NIST alongside hands-on expertise in tools like PKI, HSM, PAM, SIEM, EDR, and secure architecture methodologies.
• Possession of relevant certifications, e.g., TOGAF, ISSAP, CISSP, CCSP or equivalents, and a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or Telecommunications.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills to confidently engage technical teams and executive stakeholders; proficiency in French and willingness to travel internationally are advantageous.
