You'll work alongside Software Developers dedicated to maintaining a stable, scalable, and efficient environment with reduced risks. The interdisciplinary team includes analysts, developers, infrastructure engineers, and support specialists who design and optimize cutting-edge technical solutions handling large-scale data to ensure performance and reliability.

What We're Seeking

• Strong programming abilities in any object-oriented language, with emphasis on C#, C++, and Python.
• Proficiency in algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented design principles.
• Analytical thinker focused on solving problems using logical, data-driven approaches.
• A passionate learner eager to explore and adopt emerging technologies, combining curiosity and creativity.
• Excellent communication skills to foster meaningful relationships, share ideas effectively, and value others' perspectives.
• High ambition with a drive to set goals and put in sustained effort to achieve full potential.
• Graduating in 2027 with a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related STEM fields. Previous finance or trading experience is not a prerequisite.
