Role Summary

As a Client Manager, you will oversee and expand a varied group of clients, uncover new business prospects, and cement strategic partnerships. Applying your technical broking skills, you will work collaboratively with clients, underwriters, and internal teams to devise customized strategies that add value, promote client retention, and ensure enduring success.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering comprehensive client servicing and support
- Spotting growth opportunities within existing accounts and through new business development
- Responding promptly and effectively to client inquiries, coordinating with external parties as needed
- Preparing proposals tailored to new business opportunities
- Managing client renewals and conducting premium calculations
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Demonstrated experience in insurance broking and portfolio management
- Ability to provide exceptional client service paired with excellent communication skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication proficiency
- Level 5 Fire and General Insurance Qualification
- Strong organisational capability with multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
