Role Overview
As a Commercial Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a diverse client portfolio by delivering expert broking services. You will work closely with clients, underwriters, and internal Aon teams to design customized solutions that enhance value, secure retention, and support sustainable business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee client servicing needs efficiently.
- Spot and pursue business growth opportunities within existing clients and by acquiring new accounts.
- Respond professionally and promptly to client inquiries while coordinating with external parties.
- Prepare comprehensive proposals for new business pursuits.
- Manage client renewals and calculate premiums accurately.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated background in insurance broking and client portfolio management.
- Proven ability to deliver top-tier client services coupled with excellent communication capabilities.
- Level 5 Fire and General Insurance Qualification.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
