Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled SMART / Life 400 Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in SMART/400 and DIARY/400 systems, with familiarity in Life/400 or Group/400, REST API, and MSP. This role involves software design, technical leadership, database architecture, and performance optimization to contribute effectively to development projects.

Primary Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced knowledge of SMART/400 and DIARY/400 platforms.
• Apply Life/400 or Group/400 expertise along with REST API and MSP integration.
• Lead software design and provide technical leadership.
• Design database structures and employ tools for performance tuning.
• Develop, test, and debug software code under senior mentorship.
• Engage in collaborative project efforts, participating in code reviews and design discussions.
• Assist with documenting software specifications and requirements for clear communication.
• Support troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges.
• Embrace software development best practices and emerging technologies through continuous learning and training.
• Collaborate with peers to enhance software architecture understanding and promote knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent educational background and experience.
• Between 4 to 18 years of pertinent software engineering experience.
• Proficiency with at least one software programming language and software development methodologies.
• Basic skills in coding and debugging.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
• A problem-solving approach and readiness to learn and adapt in a fast-evolving environment.
