About the Role
Nair Systems LLC is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will possess over five years of practical experience working with Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, integrations, and custom development. Expertise in current Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform features, release cycles, AI integrations such as Copilot, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Azure integrations, and modern development methodologies is essential.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement components with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience.
- Configure and manage Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and preferably Field Service modules.
- Customize Dataverse including entities, relationships, forms, views, dashboards, security roles, teams, business rules, and processes.
- Create and manage Power Apps (both Model-driven and Canvas), Power Automate flows, approvals, and business process automations.
- Work with C#, Plugins, Custom APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and Dynamics 365/Dataverse SDK for development.
- Integrate with Dataverse Web API, REST/OData, JSON, OAuth, as well as third-party APIs.
- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Blob Storage, and API Management is advantageous.
- Handle Dynamics 365/Power Platform solutions, publishers, managed/unmanaged solutions, environment variables, connection references, and ALM processes.
- Utilize Azure DevOps/Git, CI/CD pipelines, including Power Platform Pipelines.
- Develop reporting solutions using Power BI, SSRS, and FetchXML.
- Conduct data migration, mapping, integration, and manage master data.
- Experience with Power Pages and legacy Power Apps Portals is a plus.
- Stay informed on Microsoft Copilot/AI capabilities within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform and evaluate adoption of new releases and alternatives to legacy customizations.
- Apply best practices concerning security, performance, scalability, governance for Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, develop technical specifications, estimate efforts, and support solution architecture.
- Exhibit strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
