Overview
The Higgins Wellington traffic division is seeking several motivated Site Traffic Management Supervisors (STMS) to join their dynamic team during a period of substantial work pipeline. This role holds significant responsibility for maintaining safe and effective traffic control around construction sites. The STMS leads a group of traffic controllers ensuring that all activities comply with safety regulations and standards, thereby supporting the smooth operation of projects and protecting road users.

Candidate Profile
- Possession of STMS qualification with current practice in Categories A, B, and C
- Holders of a full clean New Zealand driver’s license; Class 1 minimum, Class 2 preferred
- Strong commitment to a safety-first mindset for themselves, their team, and the public
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in mentoring and supervising teams
- Demonstrated track record in the traffic industry
- Physically fit to meet the demands of the role
- Dependable, honest, and adaptable
