Site Supervisor - Interior and Architectural Projects

Role Overview

We are seeking a committed and meticulous Site Supervisor specialized in interior and architectural project management to ensure the smooth onsite execution and uphold quality standards within stipulated timelines at our Gurgaon location.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and activities on-site for interior and architectural assignments.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and labor teams to coordinate project efforts.
• Ensure all work follows approved designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor the consumption of materials and keep track of site inventory effectively.
• Maintain adherence to quality controls and enforce workplace safety measures.
• Regularly report project status and progress to senior management.
• Address and resolve any site-related challenges promptly to keep projects on schedule.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Possess 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out or architectural site supervision.
• Sound understanding of technical drawings, with preference given to candidates familiar with AutoCAD.
• Strong communication and coordination capabilities to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Capable of multitasking and working efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Architecture is preferred.

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of construction materials, site finishes, and execution processes related to interior and architectural works.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to project obstacles.
• Previous exposure to projects or sites located in Gurgaon is advantageous.

Additional Information
