Site Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a Site Engineer to oversee daily construction operations at our project located in ORR-5, Dundigal, Hyderabad. This full-time role demands on-site presence six days a week, managing execution as per design specifications, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and adhering to project scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee civil, structural, and finishing construction activities in alignment with approved engineering drawings.
• Collaborate closely with contractors, labor forces, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Carry out systematic quality inspections at various project stages, identifying and reporting any discrepancies.
• Maintain detailed documentation including daily progress updates, material usage logs, labor attendance sheets, and work measurements.
• Enforce safety regulations rigorously to maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinate material and equipment requirements with the Store Manager to facilitate availability.
• Interface with architects and structural consultants to clarify drawings and technical queries.
• Provide regular progress reports and communicate any delays promptly to the Project Manager.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience supervising construction sites, preferably with residential projects.
• Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and implementing quality and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and maintaining comprehensive site documentation.
• Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English languages for effective communication.
• Educational qualifications: Diploma or B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering is preferred.
• Experience range: 2 to 5 years for B.Tech holders and 4 to 10 years for Diploma holders.

Additional Information

Work schedule includes six working days per week. The salary range offered is ₹30,000 to ₹60,000 per month. The position has two openings to be filled.
