Store Manager

Job Overview

This full-time, on-site position located in Dundigal, Hyderabad requires managing all aspects of store operations for construction materials and equipment at the project site, working six days weekly. The role aims to ensure flawless receipt, storage, issuance, and reconciliation of materials without any loss or waste.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Maintain accurate stock records including inward, outward flows and continuous balance updates.
• Distribute materials strictly in accordance with authorized requisitions and monitor usage relative to the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Conduct regular physical stock audits and report any inconsistencies immediately.
• Work closely with procurement teams to manage timely reordering of stocks.
• Guarantee secure storage and proper handling of all materials.
• Monitor tools and equipment that are lent to contractors and ensure their return.
• Generate and present detailed reports on stock levels and material consumption.

Candidate Requirements

• Solid experience (5 to 10 years) handling construction site inventory and stores.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, BOQs, and inventory reconciliation procedures.
• Proficiency in maintaining stock registers and skilled in Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional numerical accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
• Communication ability in Telugu, Hindi, and English languages.

Additional Information

• monthly salary range is ₹20,000 to ₹50,000.
• One vacancy available.
• Work schedule: onsite presence six days a week.
