Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee the complete lifecycle of a residential construction project based at ORR-5, Dundigal, Hyderabad. This is a full-time position requiring on-site presence six days a week. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project from initial planning stages through to quality assurance and final handover, ensuring delivery aligns with RERA milestones and budgetary constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee construction activities from foundation phase until project completion.
• Collaborate effectively with architects, consultants, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) teams to ensure integrated operations.
• Implement and monitor quality control and safety standards across all project blocks.
• Track and manage budgets, material requisitions, and work orders in accordance with the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Supervise vendors, contractors, and suppliers for successful project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with legal and RERA teams to secure necessary approvals and meet regulatory milestones.
• Maintain detailed Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and Management Information System (MIS) reports for senior management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech or B.E.), with preference for candidates holding postgraduate qualifications or PMP certification in Construction Management.
• Minimum of 5 years experience managing residential or real estate construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and quality standards.
• Proficiency in project management software including MS Project and Primavera.
• Comprehensive knowledge of RERA compliance and protocols.
• Excellent leadership abilities with solid experience in managing contractors.
• Effective communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English languages.
