Signage & Wayfinding Coordinator

Role Overview

We are looking for a meticulous Signage & Wayfinding Coordinator to oversee the design, procurement, and installation of signage systems throughout extensive facilities. This pivotal position ensures the delivery of clear, consistent, and regulation-compliant wayfinding solutions that improve the experience of visitors and users. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with design, construction, and facilities departments to complete projects punctually and within financial plans.

Key Duties

• Oversee the creation and implementation of signage and wayfinding strategies across various project locations.
• Work in partnership with architects, designers, and suppliers to make sure signage meets branding and legal standards.
• Handle procurement processes, coordinate production, and schedule installations for signage components.
• Perform site inspections to evaluate wayfinding requirements and recognize potential challenges.
• Keep thorough records, including signage inventories, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure adherence to local codes, accessibility rules, and safety regulations at all stages.
• Monitor quality control during the fabrication and installation phases to uphold standards.

Required Expertise and Skills

• Strong abilities in project coordination and organization.
• Understanding of signage materials, fabrication techniques, and principles of wayfinding design.
• Competence in interpreting architectural and technical drawings.
• Excellent communication skills and experience managing relationships with vendors.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or comparable design software is advantageous.
• Capability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in signage coordination, wayfinding, or facilities management is preferred.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and building code requirements concerning signage.
• Proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills are considered a plus.
• Two to four years of relevant experience in signage coordination, wayfinding projects, or associated facilities or construction roles.
• Experience collaborating with vendors, fabricators, and installation teams is valued.

This is a full-time on-site role based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
