Role Overview

This permanent, full-time Executive Assistant position is located in Auckland and supports the organization's goal of increasing fibre uptake to 80% by 2030. As part of this strategic expansion, the role offers an opportunity to enhance leadership effectiveness and contribute significantly to the company's mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a proactive business partner taking full ownership of tasks, understanding their significance beyond EA duties.
  • Deliver executive support including diary management, preparation for engagements, and handling internal and external communication such as emails, document organization, and preparation.
  • Attend meetings, record minutes, track action items, manage meeting agendas, and prepare presentations and reports.
  • Oversee budget management, including expenses, credit card reconciliations, and arranging travel.

Experience and Skills Required

  • Proven experience supporting executives, general managers, or senior leadership within complex organizations.
  • Strong background in administration, project coordination, and event management.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite — especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
